Where do you deliver?
Home base is Redwood City, and every service we run starts here. That covers standard porta potty rental, the deluxe flushable unit, and ADA accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least one accessible unit per cluster. We also handle roll-off dumpster rental, septic pumping service, storage container rental and temporary fence rental on the same trucks.
Delivery is a flat fee tied to duration, not a mystery add-on. A weekly drop sits in the $50 to $150 band, and a single day runs higher because the truck still has to make the round trip. Want the full picture before you book? Read the porta potty rental cost page, or start a quote request.
Standard units are about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and stand roughly 92 inches tall, so plan the spot before we arrive. Our placement guide walks through clearance.
Which towns are on the map?
Five suburbs are already measured and priced. Menlo Park is 6.0 miles southeast, home to a long stretch of El Camino Real; we cover it with porta potty rental in Menlo Park and the same portable restroom rental lineup. San Carlos sits 6.4 miles west along the Caltrain corridor, served by porta potty rental in San Carlos.
Foster City is 10.6 miles northwest, built on lagoons and reclaimed bayfront, and we deliver ADA units and trailers there for waterfront events. Palo Alto is 12.4 miles southeast, next to Stanford, reachable through porta potty rental in Palo Alto. Newark is the far edge at 15.7 miles east across the Dumbarton, covered by porta potty rental in Newark.
Every one of those towns gets the same equipment Redwood City does. That means 2 stall and 4 stall restroom trailers, handwashing station rental with soap and towels per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), and construction site services sized to OSHA 1926.51(c), which sets one toilet for 20 workers or fewer. See the whole service map anchor from any town page.

What decides the delivery fee?
Distance and duration, mostly. A run to Newark 15.7 miles out costs more truck time than one down the street in Redwood City. Roll-offs need extra planning because the delivery truck wants about 60 feet of straight clearance behind it, which is covered on the dumpster sizes and dimensions page.
Event work tends to run heavier than a single unit, since we stage more toilets and often a luxury restroom trailer or shower trailer. Weddings, festivals and races each have their own math; the event restroom rental page breaks it down, and how many porta potties do I need does the headcount for you.
Service frequency matters too. ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sets one visit per week as the baseline for up to 10 users over a 40 hour week, so a busy Redwood City site may need more. Standard units carry a 60 to 70 gallon tank, which drives that schedule. Check how often porta potties are cleaned, and for jobs that need scrubbing after paints or herbicides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities. Booking early keeps the emergency rental premium off your invoice.

How far will you travel for a delivery?
Out to Newark, 15.7 miles east, is our current edge. Anything inside that radius is routine. If your address falls just past a listed town, send it through the contact page and we will confirm before we quote. We would rather check than guess.
Do the suburb prices match Redwood City prices?
Yes on the equipment, and the delivery fee shifts with distance. A weekly standard drop in Redwood City and one in San Carlos, 6.4 miles west, use the same rate card. The farther runs like Palo Alto simply carry more truck time. See per-day pricing for detail.
Can you place a unit in a public right of way?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Redwood City first, and we do not name a rule we cannot verify. Private property is simpler. Our permit requirements page explains what we can and cannot promise, and dumpster placement follows dumpster permit requirements.
Which town is closest to your base?
Menlo Park at 6.0 miles southeast is the nearest measured town, with San Carlos right behind at 6.4 miles west. Both are same-day capable when the schedule allows. For longer jobs, the monthly rental rate applies once you pass 30 days.
Do you serve farms and job sites outside town?
We do, within the delivery map. Agricultural crews fall under field sanitation rules, and our farm and agricultural restrooms page covers the setup. Construction crews should read the OSHA portable toilet requirements guide so the unit count matches your headcount.
What if I need service faster than a week?
Standard service is weekly under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, but we add visits for heavy use. Redwood City events with hundreds of guests often get twice-weekly or daily pumping. Tell us the crowd size on the quote form and we build the schedule around it, not the other way round.
